DNV, Netherlands and TUV-R, Germany. Both in the precipitated
chemicals and processed minerals line, our QA system strives
to achieve near-zero batch to batch variation through
PLC / DSC controlled unit operations. Tolerance limits
are narrow and all non-conformities are strictly deal
and corrective actions initiated. Quality Assurance Certificate
is provided to customers to ensure conformance to their
requirement. |

Our Quality
Control system is organized in a unique and innovative three
tier model :
- Preliminary
inspection / testing of Raw Material / PIP / FP by production
people at Shop floor level.
- The
factory quality control department (FQC dept.)
- The
central quality control department (CQC dept.) to undertake
the conformity, investigative and developmental testing.
